Civitella Messer Raimondo, Abruzzo in countryside. Detached with garden, garage and barn to restructure. Two houses located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside with spectacular views. There is 1500 meters of flat land and oak woodland. One house is in need of some structural work and has five rooms plus two add-ons. The other is in need of majour attention and has two rooms. There are no bathrooms, and there is a bread oven.

Located in the outskirts of Civitella Messer Raimondo, 1km from the lake, 30 km to the beach, about 40 minutes drive to the ski resorts. A quiet spot 30 minutes drive find the antique city of Lanciano.
